‘Harvest of Wonder'

While Courtney is known for her pop-culture parodies, she also enjoys painting her own original concepts. In her Whimsy Collection, Harvest of Wonder was inspired by the idea of finding precious gems casually throughout the world, and how that would look. In this painting, the idea of a mouse finding a beautiful yet inedible strawberry struck me as charming and oddly problematic, creating delightful whimsy!

Harvest of Wonders features a cute little mouse finding a patch of ruby strawberries. Playing with lighting and scale was such a joy to do and I love the idea of mice scurrying around the forest with hoards of gemstones.

Prints come as:
-All prints are handled with the utmost care; packaged beautifully in a plastic sleeve.
-Prints are 10x10in and mailed in a sturdy flat photo mailer.
-Printed on 80lb satin cardstock
